How do I know what's in stock?
All items are in stock unless indicated as "coming soon" or "sold out." Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it may still be purchased by another customer until you complete your order.
How do I find my size?
DOUIE.de uses an international size guide to convert other countries' sizes into our own.

We accept Apple Pay, Klarna, SOFORT, Paypal, credit card and bank transfer.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
No additional taxes or duties are charged for items shipped within the European Union. Item prices and shipping costs include VAT.
FAQs on delivery
Which countries does DOUIE.de deliver to?
We ship free of charge within Germany and for EUR 18.00 within Europe. Shipping costs to Switzerland are EUR 25.00.
Delivery is exclusively via DHL.
We also deliver via DHL Express (24h) on working days within Germany.
The cost is EUR 18.90 extra.
For deliveries outside Europe we charge a flat rate of EUR 45 per order.
We can deliver your order to any home or business address worldwide.
Can I change my delivery address?
We cannot redirect orders to another address after they have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable delivery address for the specified delivery times.
Can an order be delivered to multiple addresses?
You can only ship to one address per order. If your order includes gifts or items that need to be delivered to multiple locations, you'll need to place separate orders for each address.

How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. In the rare event that one of the items you ordered is unavailable, our customer service team will contact you and refund the difference.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the courier. To track your order, visit the link and enter the tracking number. This service allows you to track your order at any time.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team by clicking here.
Do I have to sign for my order?
We require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Once this occurs, responsibility for your purchased items transfers to you. If you are not the recipient of your purchase (e.g., a gift order), the person signing the package confirms receipt and is responsible for the package.

How can I request a return?
You can find the return information online. Please provide your email address and order number. Then select your preferred return method and specify the items you wish to return.
How can I return the items?
Depending on your location, you can return the items via a drop-off point or arrange for free collection. If the online return form is completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. Pack the items in the original packaging and seal it properly. Items must be returned within 14 days of completing the online return form.
When will you ship my newly exchanged items?
Once we receive your return, it will take 1 business day to ship your new items. In the unlikely event that the new items are unavailable, you will be notified via email and automatically refunded.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned items.
Will the full amount of my order be refunded?
We will refund the total value of the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.
How will I be refunded for my return if I redeem a voucher?
Vouchers can never be exchanged for cash. Orders paid for (in part) with a voucher will initially be credited with a new voucher. If there is a surplus, the remaining amount will be refunded.

In addition to your name, address, and email address, our courier will receive, for example, your telephone number in case they need to update you on the delivery date or time of your order. At any time, when we disclose your information for the purpose of fraud prevention, it remains secure. We will not retain personal data longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We only process your credit card information but do not store it. We will never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
