Shipping & Payment Terms
Shipping Costs Germany and Europe

We offer free shipping within Germany.

Shipping costs within Europe are a flat rate of EUR 15.00.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are EUR 25.00.
Delivery is exclusively via DHL.

We also deliver via DHL Express (24h) on weekdays within Germany.
The cost is EUR 18.90 exclusive.

Delivery time within Germany is 5-7 working days, or 1-2 working days if in stock. Delivery time within Europe is 5 to 12 working days. If an item is not available, it may take 10 to 14 working days, as everything is custom-made for you.
Should we unexpectedly not have an item or if items are not immediately available, you will receive an email as soon as possible regarding any deviating delivery times.

Worldwide Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide with DHL/UPS.
In addition to the prices indicated, we charge a flat rate of EUR 35.00 per order for deliveries outside Europe.

Delivery time is 10 - 14 working days; if items are not available, it may take 14 to 21 working days, as the knitwear is hand-knitted.
Should we unexpectedly not have an item or if items are not immediately available, you will receive an email as soon as possible regarding any deviating delivery times.

Please note that for prepayment, delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

2. Customs and Taxes

Please note that cross-border deliveries may incur additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, such as fees or customs duties, which must be borne by you as the customer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these fees and cannot provide you with information regarding their amount.

Payment Options

PayPal/PayPal Express

If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

As soon as we receive your payment, your delivery will be dispatched. It usually only takes a few minutes for a PayPal payment to reach us.

If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. Whether you want to continue using the credit in your PayPal account directly with PayPal or transfer it back to your current or credit card account is up to you, and you can process it directly with PayPal. We have no influence over this.

Credit Card

We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The transmission of your credit card data is protected by a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Your credit card will be charged upon dispatch of your order.

Verification Process:
Since January 2021, banks have been obliged to implement the revised EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) for even greater security in online purchases.
For every online credit card payment, you must confirm your identity using the 3D Secure procedure. This security procedure ensures that your credit card is used only by you (and not by third parties).

Authentication takes place via your bank's online service. Many banks have provided a suitable application for this purpose. The 3D Secure procedure operates under the following names:

Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay

Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay conveniently via your Apple device, subject to verification steps. Payment is made using the data stored in your Apple Wallet. Further information can be found at Apple Pay Help.

Shop Pay
Shop Pay enables a particularly fast checkout. Your address and payment data are encrypted and stored after a one-time entry, so you can pay with just a few clicks the next time you shop. Further information can be found here: Shop Pay Help.

Prepayment

If you choose prepayment as the payment method, you will receive a confirmation with the bank details by email after submitting your order. As soon as your payment has been received, your delivery will be dispatched immediately. Depending on the credit institution, it may take 2 - 4 working days for your payment to reach us. Please make sure to enter the specified reference when making the transfer.

Klarna

With Klarna installment payment, you can conveniently pay for your purchases in flexible monthly installments and enjoy full control over your payments. If you select this option at the end of the order process, you will be redirected directly to Klarna. Please note that you will receive all necessary payment information directly from Klarna after purchase. Payments must be made directly to Klarna.

With Klarna invoice purchase, you conveniently pay for your order only after shipment – the payment period is up to 30 days. You will receive all payment details directly from Klarna via email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can view the invoice amount in the Klarna app at any time, pay it earlier, or extend the due date if necessary. Please note that payment is made exclusively to Klarna. A prerequisite for invoice purchase is successful verification by Klarna. A so-called "soft check" may be carried out, which does not affect your creditworthiness. This payment method is available to customers aged 18 and over.

With Klarna Sofort, you can pay for your order directly during the ordering process. This payment method is available to all customers aged 18 and over who reside in Germany and have a valid debit or credit card. Your card must be issued in your name and have sufficient funds so that the purchase amount can be debited immediately. After selecting Klarna Sofort, you will be automatically redirected to the payment processing. You will receive all payment confirmations directly from Klarna.

Payment by Cash on Delivery

Payment by cash on delivery is safe and convenient for you. You pay the invoice amount in cash to the postal delivery person who delivers your order. Payment by cash on delivery is more expensive, as both Deutsche Post AG and private postal companies charge an additional delivery fee of EUR 7.00 in addition to the purchase amount.
