Shipping & Payment Terms
Shipping costs Germany and Europe
We offer free shipping within Germany.
The shipping costs within Europe are flat rate of EUR 15.00.
Shipping costs to Switzerland are EUR 25.00.
Delivery is exclusively by DHL.
We also deliver via DHL Express (24h) on weekdays within Germany.
The cost is EUR 18.90 exclusive.
The delivery time within Germany is 5-7 working days, for stock 1-2 working days. The delivery time within Europe is 5 to 12 working days. If an item is not available, it can take 10 to 14 working days, as everything is made for you.
If we do not have an item or if items are not immediately available, you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible via any different delivery times.
Shipping costs worldwide
We ship worldwide with DHL/UPS.
In addition to the prices indicated, we charge EUR 35.00 per order for delivery outside Europe.
The delivery time is 10 - 14 working days; if the items are not available, it can take 14 to 21 working days, as the knitted parts are hand-knitted.
If we do not have an item or if items are not immediately available, you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible via any different delivery times.
Please note that in the case of the payment method advance payment, the delivery will be made after receipt of payment.
2. Customs and Taxation
Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, for example in the form of fees or customs duties, may be incurred, which are to be borne by you as a customer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these fees and cannot provide you with any information about their amount.
Payment options
Apple Pay
"You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm payment through the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device in compliance with verification steps. Prepayment
If you select the payment method in advance, you will receive a confirmation with the bank details by e-mail after submitting your order. Once your payment has been received by us, your delivery will be launched immediately. Depending on the credit institution, it may take 2 – 4 working days for your payment to arrive. Please make sure to enter the stated purpose when making a transfer.
PayPal
If you select the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
As soon as the payment is booked with us, your delivery will be launched. It usually only takes a few minutes for a PayPal payment to be received.
If you return goods, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. Whether you want to continue using the balance on your PayPal account directly with PayPal or want to transfer it back to your Giro or credit card account, you can decide for yourself and edit it directly with PayPal. We have no influence on this.
Payment by cash on delivery
Payment by cash on delivery is safe and convenient for you. You pay the invoice amount in cash to the postal deliverer who will deliver your order to you. Payment by cash on delivery is more expensive, as both Deutsche Post AG and private postal companies charge a delivery fee of EUR 7.00 in addition to the purchase amount.
